Born at Cheltenham College, Annie comes from a long line of Educationalists.  Her father was a Housemaster, her mother worked at Cheltenham Ladies College, and Annie attended Lord Wandsworth College in Hampshire as a boarder.  Annie studied at Westminster College, Oxford and has taught in Finland, America and the U.K.  She is an Early Years Specialist and has worked at Holmewood House in Kent, Temple Grove School in Sussex, and most recently at Ashdown House, where she supported her husband, Haydon, in the role of Headmaster's wife. 

 

Annie has a strong background in helping children to whom English is a second language.  She has taught children who have specific learning difficulties (SpLD) and can advise parents on strategies to help them become independent learners.  Annie has a passion for teaching, and her kind manner makes her an extremely popular member of our team.  She teaches EYFS and KS1 at Trinity Learning. 

 

Annie enjoys photography and dog walking, as well as looking after her family.  She is married to Haydon and has three daughters, Cordelia, Lily and Florence.
